Protecting your confidentiality is important to us. For those that request counseling, we keep all information shared during initial consultation and sessions confidential and only provide the information to our counseling staff for the purpose of providing the requested service. Accessing and Controlling Your Information

You are entitled to view, change, or delete any personal information we have on record. If you would like us to do so, we would be happy to help. Please send us an email letting us know at info@pastorskids.org.

Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to other websites. We include these links as a convenience for you and if you click on any of those links, you will be directed to that website. These external websites are not owned or operated by us. We strongly advise that you review the Privacy Policy of those websites. Please note, we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any external websites or services. If you decide to use these links, you do so at your own risk.

Children’s Privacy and Safety

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, we recognize we are not necessarily required to comply with COPPA rules and regulations. However, because of the nature and content of our website being geared towards pastors’ kids (some of which may be under 13 years of age), we opt to maintain a high level of accountability and safety for those that provide personal information to us, including parental consent and reasonable information gathering.

For children under the age of 18 requesting support, such as counseling, receiving our texts, or PK 2 PK, we ask for informed consent from a parent or legal guardian before continuing contact. In cases where informed consent is not received or unverified by the actual parent/legal guardian, we reserve the right to discontinue contact and delete all personal information received. Parents of children under 18 maintain the right to have access to their children’s information and may contact us at any time to get that information.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Occasionally we may need to update this Privacy Policy. We will notify all our users of any changes by adding the new Privacy Policy to this page. These changes are effective as soon as they are posted on this page. We encourage you to come back and check this page for the latest version of our policy.
